On 9th June 2016 the Too Much Information Virtual Reality Experience was launched at the Intu Trafford shopping centre just outside Manchester (National Autistic Society Facebook Page, 2016). The experience was created to endeavour to make the public more understanding of those with autism. The video (below) that viewers see on the VR headset is similar to the Can You Make It To The End? film and it enables them to view the surroundings of the shopping centre from Alex's perspective. The video is a 360 degree one and people who view the video on mobile devices and in Chrome on desktop and laptop computers can make it turn around. I like the idea of this concept in terms of it making the public more understanding of those on the spectrum and it inspires me to have a possible VR element at my MA show in September although I might include similar elements to those in my film.
