FA7036 - 12 Days of Christmas Cake (Updated 8/2/16)

This is a multi-tier Christmas cake, each tier representing one of the Twelve Days of Christmas. The most creative representations are Five Gold Rings and Eleven Pipers Piping due to them being depicted by the Olympic Rings and women using piping bags to ice a cake respectively. I also like the addition of Animal from The Muppets on the Twelve Drummers Drumming tier and the cake also resembles a zoetrope. I found this very inspirational to my advent calendar projection onto a scale model of Surbiton Station becuase it uses certain days in an innovative way and I even find them more creative than some of my ideas. Personally my most creative depictions of the Twelve Days of Christmas are Alan Partridge in a Pear Tree, Two Turtle Doves, Three French Hens, Four Calling Birds, Six Geese A-Laying, Nine Ladies Dancing, Ten Lords A-Leaping and Eleven Pipers Piping because they were the easiest for me to execute in innovative ways.
